Не однократно в газету обращались жители тех или иных домов с просьбой помочь решить им жилищные проблемы. Кому-то мы смогли помочь, кого-то поддержали словом и советом. Неизвестно чем закончится обращение жильцов дома по ул. Фрунзе д.91А главе г. Чистополя и Чистопольского муниципального района Козлову Вячеславу Михайловичу.
«Уважаемый Вячеслав Михайлович. Обращаются к Вам жильцы дома по ул. Фрунзе д.91А. Это бывшее здание РСУ, в данное время дом находиться на балансе ПТЖХК. Мы неоднократно были вынуждены обращаться к Вам с просьбой, скорейшего решения вопроса о расселении нашего дома. Выше указанный дом находится в аварийном состоянии. Хотя после неоднократных жилищных комиссий, нашему дому не был дан статус аварийного жилья. А в доме просто очень опасно находиться, не говоря о проживании. Ведь в нашем доме проживает много детей, не достигших совершеннолетия. В доме на 100% износ всех сантехнических коммуникаций. Канализация стекающая под пол первого этажа, подмывает фундамент дома, имеется множество трещин, в стене трещина от плиты перекрытия до фундамента). Также сгнили полы, особенно на первом этаже. От повышенной влажности, в квартирах на стенах образуется плесень, а в коридоре, кухне и туалете стены покрыты грибком, который их разрушает. Рамы не менялись со времени постройки дома, держаться на гвоздях и не открываются. Осенью 2003 года был произведен текущий ремонт дома. Местное ПТЖХ, во время ремонта, ограничилось установкой деревянных подпорок, которые, якобы, смогут удержать плиты перекрытия.
По истечении 2-х месяцев после ремонта, трещины вновь образовались и увеличились, и продолжают увеличиваться. В связи с этим падает штукатурка со стен и потолка. Мы были вынуждены обратиться с требованием в Чистопольскую зональную инспекцию. Ими была проведена проверка выполнения работ по предписанию ЧП-382 от 28.05.04. и установлено, что работы по предписанию не выполнены и до сегодняшнего дня. Есть еще одна проблема по оплате. Мы очень много платим за отопление. Наш дом отапливается АГВ. Котельная пристроена к зданию дома, но каким-то образом нас отапливает Восток-Энерго, который находится на ЧЧЗ. Необъяснимо, но факт. Мы надеемся, что Вы в кратчайший срок создадите комиссию, все увидите своими глазами и примите справедливое и правильное решение. Ведь за последние годы, было не мало случаев обрушения зданий и домов.
